When you call, it will ask you to make a choice from several numbers, Don’t select #1, that will take you to a call center that will tell you that there are no rooms left. There are plenty of rooms remaining at this point so, use the link above to book online or call 269-375-6000, select #4 and when the real person answers, state that you are using the CNC code for a room with the Chevrolet Nomad Convention in July. Important Dates
- June 1 – Deadline for 2026 convention t-shirt orders. Forms available in the Nomad Post.
- June 15 – Convention registration deadline. Registrations received after June 15 will be subject to a late charge.
- June 17 – Final day to reserve rooms at the convention hotel in Kalamazoo. After June 17, remaining rooms will be made available to the public.

Sunday, July 19
All Day – Arrival and hotel check-in; Car wash available
9 a.m.-5 p.m. – New this year! Tri-Five Chevrolet Car Parts Swap Meet featuring vendors from the Kalamazoo area. Open to sellers who are club members and non-club members. the event will focus on Chevrolet parts. Garage sale or flea market items not allowed. Anyone participating in the swap meet–whether they are a club member or not–can qualify for a reduced hotel room rate by using the code MAD when booking a room. anyone with questions about the swap meet can contact Steve Kelts #49 at 309-361-2367 or nomad1957@frontier.com.
6-8 p.m. – Kids Night Out
Monday, July 20
8 a.m.-12 p.m. – Convention Registration (if you are not pre-registered, this is the ONLY time to register); Club store open
8 a.m.-5 p.m. – Tri-Five Chevrolet Car Parts Swap Meet Day Two
1:30-2:30 p.m. – Owners and Judges Meeting
1:30-3:30 p.m. – Lady Luck Card Games/Social
7-10 p.m. – Nomad Nite social event with musical entertainment from “Larry Lowis Music”
Tuesday, July 21
8-11:30 a.m. – Nomad Show-n-Shine/Judging
8-11:30 a.m. – Model Car Show and Judging
8 a.m.-2 p.m. – Swap Meet
6:30 p.m. – Movie Night with Concessions – “Song Sung Blue“
Wednesday, July 22
9 a.m.-5 p.m. – Tour of Gilmore Car Museum (Hickory Corners, MI), which is hosting a special, limited-time display of cars from the Joe Bortz collection
Admission (paid by club members): Adults $20, Vets $18, Children 10 & under Free, Active Military Free
** Nomads will be parked in a special grass area ($2 charge) **
All payments will be at entry gate; All other cars will use the regular parking lot; Name tags needed for this event
6 p.m. – Gilmore Cruise Night with local car clubs
Thursday, July 23
9-11 a.m. – Annual Membership Meeting
5:30-6:30 p.m. – Social Hour
6:30 p.m. – Banquet
